Section 57
To apply for a license to conduct securities business
(1) A company or organization wishing to engage in securities business shall submit an application to the Board for a license to engage in securities business by attaching the prescribed details, documents and procedures in the prescribed format. a) Regarding the type of securities business and the services provided, (b) matters related to appointing a representative to conduct securities business and if such business is colluded with others, (c) a letter of recommendation from the relevant securities market in the case of businessmen who are allowed to do business only by becoming a member of the securities market. , (d) the grounds for proving that the proposed securities business is capable and other information prescribed by the Board.
